1. Introduction
Mino Live ("Mino Live", "the App", "we", "our") is a mobile app for experiencing live-stream style rooms, Studio sessions, quests, profile customization, inbox conversations, and time-limited PK challenges. The app may display your front camera preview during Studio or PK sessions and may combine it with viewer counts, chat-style activity, reactions, gifts, timers, and result screens.
We design Mino Live to limit the personal information required to use the app. You do not need to create a server-side account to use the core experience.
2. Information We Process
The app may process the following categories of information:
- Profile details: display name, selected creator niche, accent color, and optional avatar image.
- Onboarding and consent state: whether onboarding and community-rules consent have been completed.
- Session history: Studio and Watch history such as duration, session type, viewer counts, messages, gifts, and result summaries.
- Quest progress: XP, level, streak, daily quest progress, claimed rewards, and weekly league-style progress.
- Inbox data: message threads you start with available creator personas and messages you send inside those threads.
- Safety preferences: blocked creators, report reasons, and related moderation choices inside the app.
- App settings: appearance choices, permission status, selected tabs, and feature preferences.
3. Storage
Profile choices, quest progress, session summaries, inbox threads, blocked creators, reports, and similar app state may be stored on your device. If you delete the app, device-stored data may be removed and may not be recoverable.
Some technical data, analytics events, crash diagnostics, or notification tokens may be processed by service providers as described below.
4. Device Permissions
Mino Live may request the following permissions:
- Camera: used to show your front camera preview during Studio sessions and PK challenges.
- Microphone: may be requested for live-room realism and related session features.
- Photo Library: used when you choose an avatar image from your device.
- Notifications: used if enabled to send reminders, quest updates, streak notices, or feature announcements.
You can change permissions at any time in iOS Settings. Denying a permission may limit the related feature but should not prevent access to unrelated areas of the app.
5. Live Rooms and PK
Mino Live includes Watch rooms, Studio sessions, and PK challenge screens. These features may show creator personas, timers, animated stage elements, chat-style activity, gifts, viewer counts, XP changes, and result popups.
Session summaries may include duration, viewer count, messages, gifts, whether a PK was won or lost, and related XP or quest progress.
6. Inbox and Moderation
The Inbox lets you start a message thread with available creator personas. Messages you send may be stored in that thread so you can view the conversation later and so quest progress can be updated.
You may report or block creator personas from supported areas of the app. Blocking hides that creator from relevant lists and conversations on your device. Reports record the selected reason so the app can reflect your safety choices.
7. Analytics and Notifications
Mino Live may use Firebase services from Google LLC for product analytics, crash diagnostics, and optional push notification delivery. Analytics and crash reports help us understand app reliability and feature usage. Push notification services may process a device token when notifications are enabled.
Analytics events may include app launch, onboarding completion, consent completion, Studio session start or end, PK challenge start or finish, quest claim, message send, report, block, or profile setting updates. These events are intended to improve app quality and do not include your camera preview, microphone audio, photo library images, or message text.

8. Your Choices
- Edit profile: update your display name, avatar, niche, or appearance settings in the Me tab.
- Manage permissions: enable or disable Camera, Microphone, Photos, or Notifications in iOS Settings.
- Control conversations: start threads from the Inbox and block creators you do not want to see.
- Remove app data: deleting the app removes app data stored on your device.
9. Children's Privacy
Mino Live is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required by the laws of your location. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us so we can review the request.
10. Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy when app features, service providers, or legal requirements change. The updated version will show a new "Last updated" date.
