App does not open

Confirm that your iPhone is running a supported iOS version and that Mino Live is updated to the latest build. Fully close the app, reopen it, and restart the device if the issue continues.

Camera preview is black

Studio sessions and PK challenges use your front camera for preview. Open Settings > Mino Live and enable Camera. If access was denied, iOS requires changing it from Settings.

Microphone permission

Mino Live may request microphone permission when starting a Studio or PK session. The permission supports the live-room experience. You can enable or disable it any time in iOS Settings.

Starting a Studio session

Open Studio, choose a room vibe, check readiness, then tap Go Live. After the countdown, your preview, viewer count, chat activity, and gift events appear in the live room.

Watching rooms

The Watch tab contains creator rooms across music, fitness, cooking, gaming, fashion, travel, art, and wellness. Open a room to view the creator stage, live timer, chat activity, and profile controls.

PK challenge flow

PK challenges are time-limited creator battles. When the timer finishes, Mino Live shows the result and a single finish action. If the result does not appear, leave the battle and start a new challenge.

Quests and XP

The Quests tab is the main progress hub. Daily quests award XP when completed. If a quest does not update, finish the related action again and return to Quests to refresh the progress.

Inbox messages

The Inbox starts empty. Tap the start-message button to choose an available creator and begin a thread. Messages you send appear in that thread and can help complete daily quest goals.

Profile and appearance

Use the Me tab to edit your display name, update your avatar, change the accent color, review session history, and open legal or support links when available.

Report or block

Use the menu in a creator room or profile area to report or block a creator. Blocking hides that creator from visible room lists and related messaging areas on your device.

Notifications and reminders

If notifications are enabled, Mino Live may send reminders about streaks, quests, or feature updates. Notification settings can be changed from Settings > Notifications > Mino Live.
