1. Service Overview
Mino Live is a creator-focused mobile app that offers live-stream style rooms, Studio sessions, PK challenges, daily quests, XP progress, inbox threads, profile customization, reactions, gifts, viewer counts, and session summaries. The app is provided for personal entertainment, practice, and creator-style engagement.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by the laws of your location, to use Mino Live. By using the app, you confirm that you can enter into these Terms and will follow applicable laws.
3. Personal Use
Mino Live is licensed for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, copy, scrape, decompile, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the app or its content unless applicable law expressly allows it.
4. Live-Room Experience
The app includes Watch rooms, Studio sessions, time-limited PK battles, creator personas, chat-style activity, animated reactions, gifts, quests, and XP. Viewer counts, score curves, rewards, and similar engagement elements are in-app features and do not represent guaranteed audience growth, payments, rankings, or real-world value.
5. Profile and Inbox
You may choose a display name, creator niche, appearance accent, and avatar. You may also start inbox threads with available creator personas. You are responsible for the content you enter into the app and for keeping your device secure.
6. Device Permissions
Mino Live may request Camera, Microphone, Photo Library, and Notifications permissions. Camera and microphone support Studio and PK experiences. Photo Library is used for avatar selection. Notifications may be used for reminders, quests, streaks, and product updates. You can revoke permissions in iOS Settings.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Mino Live. Prohibited conduct includes:
- Using the app in a way that violates laws or third-party rights.
- Entering harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, or exploitative content.
- Impersonating another person or misleading others about the app experience.
- Attempting to bypass security, manipulate app state, or extract app assets.
- Using automated tools to overload, inspect, or interfere with the app.
8. Reporting and Blocking
Mino Live may provide report and block controls. Blocking hides a creator persona from relevant app areas on your device. Reports record the selected reason and may be used to maintain a safer in-app experience.
9. Quests, XP, and Rewards
Quests, XP, levels, streaks, gifts, viewer counts, league standings, and PK results are app features with no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for money, transferred, sold, or redeemed outside the app.
10. Third-Party Services
Mino Live may use Firebase services from Google LLC for analytics, crash diagnostics, and optional push notification delivery. These services help us understand app reliability, deliver notifications when enabled, and improve product quality. Third-party processing is also described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual Property
Mino Live, including its software, interface, branding, visual design, creator personas, text, graphics, and other materials, is owned by Mino Live or its licensors. These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app.
12. App Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also change available rooms, quests, scoring, creator personas, or visual designs as the app evolves.
13. Disclaimer
Mino Live is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mino Live and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of data, lost profits, or service interruptions.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after updated Terms are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
